The sports complex includes the construction in a 14 ha plot of land of an athletics track with a rope of 200 meters (including areas for long jump, high jump and Javelin, hammer and discus throw), a Velodromo with a rope of 200 meters, football pitches, rugby field and archery, squash courts and volley-beach and mountain biking areas.

Further, it includes a gym with a free weight are, cardio area, sauna, changing rooms and spaces for the entertainment of the whole family comprising multi-adventure areas, miniature golf, pelota courts, skating track, radio control track, cafeteria, etc.
