La Junta General de accionistas de Grupo Empresarial San José, S.A. celebrada el 16 de abril de 2026 acordó:

La distribución de un dividendo con cargo a reservas voluntarias a razón de DIECIOCHO CÉNTIMOS DE EURO (0,18 €) brutos por acción con derecho a percibirlo y que se encuentre en circulación en la fecha en que se efectúe el correspondiente pago. Importe máximo total: ONCE MILLONES SETECIENTOS CUATRO MIL SEISCIENTOS NOVENTA Y CINCO EUROS (11.704.695 €).

Dicho dividendo se pagará en efectivo el 21 de mayo de 2026. El último día de negociación de la acción con derecho al cobro de dicho dividendo será el 18 de mayo de 2026. Sobre las cantidades brutas que se paguen se realizarán las retenciones legalmente aplicables.
