SANJOSE will Carry Out Various Works Related to the Competencies of the General Directorate for Water Management and Green Areas in 9 Districts of Madrid (Lot 2)

The Madrid City Council has awarded SANJOSE Constructora, in a joint venture with El Ejidillo Viveros Integrales and Valoriza, the works associated with the competencies of the General Directorate for Water Management and Green Areas – Lot 2 (Northwest Zone), covering nine districts: Arganzuela, Retiro, Salamanca, Chamartín, Ciudad Lineal, Hortaleza, San Blas–Canillejas, Barajas, and Vicálvaro.

This contract will address the needs of the General Directorate for Water Management and Green Areas, part of the Department of Environment and Mobility of the Madrid City Council, regarding the execution of various types of works within its area of responsibility, in order to meet the technical and legal requirements that cannot be managed directly by the municipal technical services due to insufficient technical and human resources.
