SANJOSE will Build the Nuevo Ferreros Residential Development in Oviedo

Desarrollos y Construcciones Fomex has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of Nuevo Ferreros Residential in Oviedo, a multifamily building that will comprise 59 housing units with 1- to 4-bedroom layouts, ground-floor retail spaces, 78 parking spaces, and 59 storage units.

The new building will feature three basement levels designated for parking and storage, a ground floor with three entrance lobbies, building services rooms, support facilities, and bicycle parking; six above-grade residential floors; and a top penthouse level crowning the structure.
