The Ministry of Public Works has awarded the JV formed by SANJOSE Constructora and PROBISA Vías y Obras the conservation and operation of the stretches of the Lorca and Murcia of national roads. The contract value amounts to EUR 18.66 million and lasts for a term of 4 years (2015 - 2018) renewable for 2 more.

Average Daily Traffic (ADT) amounts to 130,000 vehicles.

STECHT OF  LORCA

-181 km. of roads and affected service roads. Works include winter road maintenance services and auxiliary installations.

- Average Daily Traffic (ADT) amounts to 25,000 vehicles.

-Direct and electronic management of the Lorca tunnel, with a total length of 1,500 m and 350 m of communications and evacuation tracks.

-Screen centre with service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with an automatic failure detection system and maintenance of facilities, ventilation, lighting, fire detection system, signalling, control of access, variable beaconing, etc.

-203.5 km. of roads and affected service roads. Works include winter road maintenance services and auxiliary installations.

- Average Daily Traffic (ADT) amounts to 130,000 vehicles.

- Direct and electronic management of the Lorca tunnel, with a total length of 2,300 m.

- Screen centre with service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with an automatic failure detection system and maintenance of facilities, ventilation, lighting, fire detection system, signalling, control of access, variable beaconing, etc.
