SANJOSE will Enhance Energy Efficiency in Madrid Penitenciary Facilities (Lot 3)

The State-Owned Real Estate Management Company (SEGIPSA) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the project to improve energy efficiency in the common areas of residential modules at the Navalcarnero Madrid IV Penitentiary Center. The project will focus on heating installations, including upgrades to pipe insulation and the integration of renewable energy sources such as VRV heating systems, aerothermal technology, and radiant floor heating.
