SANJOSE Will Enhance Energy Efficiency in Penitenciary Facilities in Aragón (Lot 1)

The State-Owned Real Estate Management Company (SEGIPSA) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for energy efficiency improvements in various correctional facilities in Aragón (Lot 1).

The project includes the installation of façade insulation (ETICS) and window replacements, a plan for energy certification, and the integration of aerothermal systems at the Zuera Penitentiary Center. Additionally, energy-efficient lighting systems will be implemented at both the Zuera Penitentiary Center and the Rafael Salillas Social Reintegration Center in Huesca.
