SANJOSE Will refurbish the Parquesol Residence for the Elderly in Valladolid

The Social Services Department of the Castilla y León Regional Government has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the energy refurbishment of the façades and roofs and the improvement of the energy installations of the Parquesol Mixed Residence for the Elderly in Valladolid, built more than 30 years ago. The renovation involves a significant intervention to improve the building's thermal envelope and will also include connecting the facility to the district's new hot water production plant and heating network.
