SANJOSE will Build the Chile Sur Residential Complex in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Avantespacia Inmobiliaria has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works of the Chile Sur Residential Complex in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. This project, featuring contemporary architecture and modern design, will consist of 83 homes (apartments and penthouses with 1 to 4 bedrooms), all boasting spacious terraces, parking spaces, and storage rooms. Additionally, the complex will include commercial spaces on the ground floor and communal areas with a solarium and a rooftop swimming pool.
