SANJOSE Will build the 5-Star Nobu Hotel Madrid

Millenium Hospitality Real Estate Socimi has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract to transform and adapt the office building at Calle Alcalá 26 into a 5-star hotel, certified under LEED standards. The new hotel features 50 rooms and will operate under the hotel brand associates with Robert De Niro.
