SANJOSE will build Phase II of the Balansae Residential complex in Valladolid

AEDAS Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the execution works of Phase II of the Balansae Residential Complex, consisting of 38 four-bedroom single-family homes in El Peral, Valladolid. Each home features large gardens on private plots with independent and enclosed garages. The development includes expansive landscaped areas, a large adult swimming pool, a children's pool, a playground, a community building with a gym and multipurpose room, and bicycle parking.

SANJOSE is also carrying out Phase I of the project. Together, the two phases total 87 homes and over 15,000 square meters of constructed Surface.
