ALLIUM Investments (THERUS Invest and BNP Paribas Real Estate) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of a modern hybrid hotel to be operated by MEININGER Hotels, featuring 209 rooms, 733 beds, and 11 parking spaces.

Located next to Conde de Casal Square and just 500 meters (0.31 miles) from El Retiro Park, the new hotel is designed to accommodate the diverse range of visitors to the Spanish capital, with a predominance of quadruple rooms (84), in addition to 38 double rooms, 67 triple rooms, and 20 sextuple rooms.
