SANJOSE will Design and Build 27 Publicly Promoted Housing (VPP) Units in Sanxenxo, Pontevedra

Sociedade de Vivenda Publica de Galicia has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the design and execution works of a residential complex comprising 27 VPP units with 2 and 3 bedrooms in Sanxenxo, Pontevedra, using industrialized construction techniques.

All homes will include a storage room located on the ground floor, while the basement level will house the garage (48 parking spaces and 27 bicycle spaces) and technical rooms. It is also worth highlighting that the residential complex will feature 4 English courtyards providing natural light and ventilation.

The project has been designed using industrialized construction techniques, which will be incorporated into the construction of the façades and structure. In addition, the bathrooms, restrooms, and laundry areas will be prefabricated.
