SANJOSE, one of the finalist tenderers for the execution of three stretches of the Ankara Metro

Grupo SANJOSE takes part together with its local partner FERNAS in the tender for the execution of three new metro lines in Ankara promoted by the Railways, Airports and Ports Construction General Directorate of Turkey (DLH):

- Kizilay-Çayyolu (M2). 16.59 km long and 11 stations.

- Batikent-Sincan (M3), 15.36 km long and 11 stations.

- Tandoğan-Kecioren (M4). 9.22 km long and 9 stations.

Currently, Ankara Metro (Ankara metro ağı) consists of two metro lines, so-called Ankaray and Ankara Metro and a suburban train network.

After attending a hard prequalification process, the Spanish company will take part in the invitation to tender together with another 10 consortiums. Four of them composed only by local companies and the remaining six between local companies and international companies from China, Austria or Italy.
