SANJOSE will build an underground car park with more than 500 spaces in the Plaza del Ajedrez in Estepona, Málaga

The Estepona City Council has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of a new underground car park with two floors and more than 500 spaces in the Plaza del Ajedrez in the town of Malaga.

The projected works, which will involve some 15,000 square meters of built surface, will require sundry previous actions (traffic diversion, topography ...), earthworks, foundations, all the systems and facilities that a parking lot of these characteristics requires and the refurbishment and beautification of the infrastructures of the Plaza del Ajedrez itself and of several adjoining streets such as Mallorca, Menorca, Híspalis and Zurbarán.
