SANJOSE will build the Viveros Residential Complex in Valladolid

Norforest has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract to build the Viveros Residential Complex in Valladolid, a new-build development with more than 23,000 square meters (approximately 247,600 sqf) of built surface. The project will comprise 179 one- to four-bedroom homes, 203 underground parking spaces, and shared amenities including private landscaped areas, a swimming pool, a gym, and a gastroteca (a residents' social and dining space).
