SANJOSE will Build the Fuji Residential Complex in Seville

Metrovacesa has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction contract for the Fuji Residential Complex, located in Isla Natura, within Seville's new Palmas Altas neighborhood.

The project comprises more than 11,000 square meters (118,000 sqf) of gross floor surface and features two nine-story residential towers housing 71 one- to four-bedroom apartments. The development also includes a spacious underground level with parking spaces and storage units, as well as extensive shared amenities, including a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, a paddle tennis court, children's play areas, and other recreational facilities.
