SANJOSE will build the Lanserhof Finca Cortesin preventive medicine and longevity resort in Casares, Malaga

SANJOSE Constructora has been awarded the contract for the execution works of Lanserhof Finca Cortesin, a new resort dedicated entirely to health and longevity, encompassing over 20,000 square meters of built area. The resort will feature state-of-the-art medical facilities and 71 rooms, a spa, gym, treatment services, swimming pools, and more.

Architecturally, to take advantage of the region's favorable climate, both the exterior appearance and the operational functionality of the building are characterized by large porticoed corridors that provide solar protection to all facades and allow most of the building’s circulation areas to be outdoors. Additionally, the center will boast high sustainability standards.
