SANJOSE will build the Llobet Residential Development in Valencia

Aedas Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works of a new development of more than 6,000 square metres of built surface located in the new Patraix area of Valencia.

The Llobet Residential Complex will consist of 38 housing units with 1 to 4 bedrooms, commercial premises, 2 basement floors with car park spaces and storage rooms, and common areas that include social areas, a gymnasium and a rooftop swimming pool.
