SANJOSE will build the Habitat La Vega Granados Residential Development in Arroyo de la Encomienda, Valladolid

Promociones Habitat has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works of a new residential complex in Arroyo de la Encomienda. The Habitat La Vega Granados project will cover over 12,000 square meters of built area, featuring 93 apartments with two and three bedrooms, parking spaces, storage rooms, and communal areas. These communal areas will include an adult swimming pool, a children's pool, a playground, a bicycle parking area, green spaces, and more.
