19/10/2026
The Andalusian Health Service has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for the new Rincón de la Victoria Health Center, which will quadruple the size of the town’s current health center.
This project, with a built area of more than 7,500 square meters (80,729 sqf), involves the construction of a standalone rectangular healthcare facility comprising a basement level and four above-ground floors plus a rooftop level, arranged around a central courtyard, allowing most of the spaces to receive natural light and ventilation.
The basement level will house 61 parking spaces, storage areas, changing rooms, and technical rooms. The ground floor will feature admissions, blood-draw rooms, emergency services, diagnostic radiology, and physiotherapy. The remaining floors will house specialized consultation rooms, including pediatrics, mental health, family medicine, dentistry, and Minor Surgery.
Architecturally, the building adopts the Andalusian courtyard as the main structural element organizing the project, creating open spaces along its sides that function as waiting areas, access points, and interaction areas.
Finally, it is worth highlighting that the design of the new Rincón de la Victoria Health Center is based on sustainability and efficiency principles. The materials have been selected for their durability and low environmental impact. The facility will have an A Energy Rating, a rooftop photovoltaic installation for self-consumption, domestic hot water production using aerothermal energy, high-efficiency LED lighting, and large windows that allow natural light to enter and reduce energy consumption, etc.
