SANJOSE will expand the 4-star Aloft Madrid Gran Vía Hotel next to the central Plaza de Callao

Alliance Inversiones 2014 has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the extension works of the 139-room 4-star Aloft Madrid Gran Vía Hotel, located next to the central Plaza de Callao.

The project calls for the complete interior and exterior refurbishment of the building located at 43, Gran Vía St. and several floors of the buildings located at, 4-6-8, Jacometrezo St. (including the connections between the two building) so as to expand the activity of the existing hotel with more than 180 new rooms and the extension of its spectacular Roof Top on the 11th floor with a large terrace that will occupy the entire length of its facades on both streets.
