SANJOSE Portugal will Fully Build the Leonardo Royal Hotel Porto and Bonfim Aparthotel in Porto

Kingdomsymbol and Massive Champion have awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal Phase II of this major hotel development. With more than 30,000 square meters (approx. 323,000 sqf) of built surface, the project includes the construction of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Porto, featuring 256 rooms and an event hall for 350 people, as well as the Bonfim Aparthotel with 164 rooms, both holding a 4-star category.

SANJOSE is currently carrying out Phase I (demolition, excavation, and shoring) of this project, which will be built on a site previously fully occupied by existing structures and will have two frontages onto public streets (Avenida Camilo and Rua do Bonfim).

The buildings to be constructed within the more than 6,000 square meter (64,600 sqf) plot will include two underground levels.
