EBA will Build Luz Enea Residential Complex in Bilbao

Pryconsa has awarded EBA the execution Works of Luz Enea residential project in Bilbao. This new development will consist of 244 apartments ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, parking spaces, storage rooms, commercial premises, and communal areas featuring meeting and relaxation zones, extensive gardens and walkways surrounding the building, an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, and more.

The Luz Enea project will span over 40,000 square meters of constructed area. It includes three underground levels and three above-ground blocks of varying heights: 8, 10, and 12 stories.
