Cartuja I. will design and build the Virgen de los Reyes - Algodonera rental housing development in Seville

The Municipal Housing, Land and Facilities Company of Seville (EMVISESA) has awarded Cartuja I. the contract for the design and construction, using prefabricated systems, of a development comprising 84 public housing units that will be made available on the general rental market. The project will be located on a plot from the former Algodonera de Alcosa site, donated by the Seville City Council.

The new development includes 68 two-bedroom housing units and 16 three-bedroom housing units, all featuring parking spaces and shared ground-floor amenities including a swimming pool.
