Cartuja I. will Build Phase III of the Medblue Los Monteros Residential Development in Marbella, Málaga

Metrovacesa has awarded Cartuja I. the execution works of Phase III of the Medblue Los Monteros Residential Development, an exclusive contemporary-designed project located in the upper area of Los Monteros in Marbella. This phase will consist of 51 luxury homes, including penthouses.

The Medblue project has been divided into three phases, all carried out by Cartuja I. In total, the development comprises 135 housing units and covers 28,435 square meters of built Surface.
