Sanjose will build the new building for institutional and educational purposes and R&D activities of Mina Escuela in La Ribera de Folgoso, Leon

The foundation Fundación Santa Bárbara, attached to the Autonomous Ministry of Economy and Employment of the Regional Government of Castilla y Leon, has awarded Sanjose Constructora the execution of a new building devoteed to institutional and educational and R&D purposes of Mina Escuela in La Ribera de Folgoso, Leon.

The three-storey building, featured mainly by its high energy efficiency, will house workshops, classrooms, simulators, administrative offices, etc.

The Manager of Fundación Santa Bárbara, José Carlos de Dios, remarked that these facilities will provide the “basis for a new business line of activity related to energy efficiency and renewable energy within the construction sector”.

The new building will imply a quantum leap of education taught at the Mina Escuela so as to become an educational centre of reference with new lines of activity and education, regarding first employment, recycling and continuous training as R&D&i proyects.
