SANJOSE will build a student residence and a hotel in Madrid's Fuencarral–El Pardo district

Micampus Xaudaró 5 has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of a new 206-room student residence at Xaudaró 5 and a 73-room hotel at Labastida 5. Both developments will comprise more than 10,000 square meters (107,639 sqf) of built surface and are located in northern Madrid, within the Fuencarral–El Pardo district.
