SANJOSE will Build the Anna Estepona Residential Complex

Luxworld District has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for the exclusive Anna Estepona Residential Complex, comprising more than 15,000 square meters (161.500 sqf) of gross floor surface. The development includes 87 homes, distributed across two multifamily residential buildings (29 and 45 units) and 13 attached single-family homes.

The project also features shared amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a private fitness center, landscaped areas, parking spaces, and storage units. All of these facilities are located within a gated community that provides security, accessibility, and privacy.
