Refletecarisma has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the contract for Phase I of the Marvila Collection I residential project in Lisbon. This phase involves the demolition and facade retention works of a set of buildings formerly belonging to José Domingos Barreiros, a company historically dedicated to wine storage and trade. The site comprises almost an entire block, bordered by Praça David Leandro da Silva, Rua Zófimo Pedroso, and Rua Fernando Palha, in the Marvila parish of Lisbon.
