PromirisTP Vastgoed has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the execution works for Phase I of the Gaia Hills project, located along the banks of the Douro River with stunning direct views of Porto's historic center near the Palácio de Cristal. This remarkable development will encompass approximately 270 housing units across multiple phases.
