SANJOSE Chile will build the Ama Quillayes Residential Complex in La Florida, Santiago de Chile

Inmobiliaria Ama Quillayes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Chile the execution works of a new residential complex that will include 299 homes, 264 car parking spaces, 132 bicycle parking spots, storage rooms, and extensive shared amenities such as coworking areas, a gym, laundry facilities, multipurpose rooms, a swimming pool, green areas, children’s playgrounds, etc.

Ama Quillayes, with an approximate built surface of 25,000 square meters (269,098 sqf), will consist of two independent towers, each with 11 floors above ground and a height of 30 meters (98.4 feet).
