EBA will build 162 Officially Protected Housing Units for Rent (VPOA) in Vitoria-Gasteiz

Vivienda y Suelo de Euskadi (VISESA) has awarded EBA the execution works for a VPOA residential development that will comprise 162 one- to four-bedroom homes (all with terraces) and 162 parking spaces. The building, which will have more than 17,000 square meters of built surface and is distributed over one basement level and 8 above-ground floors, will be developed on a plot in Sector 12 of Arkaiate-Salburua in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

The building will also have spaces designated for bicycle parking, specific rooms for baby strollers, and seven homes adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The project proposes a compact volume with a floor plan in the shape of an “U” open towards the north, 5 entrances, and will have a height of 8 floors in the east and west wings and 7 floors in the south wing, with a central ground-floor area.
