The RC Celta de Vigo has inaugurated its new headquarters in the emblematic building located at Príncipe Street refurbished by SANJOSE Constructora under the project of the prestigious architect Alfonso Penela. This building was formerly the headquarters of the Commercial and Industrial Circle of Vigo, inaugurated on 28 September 1927 by King Alfonso XIII and Queen Victoria Eugenia.

A six-storey building, where highlights above all the large glass mesh that crowns the building, housing inside the following uses:

Ground floor. Arranged into two floors, where you can find an important commercial area in the first one, while the second floor houses a sports-themed gastrobar and a floor called Gambeta.

Floor 1. The former Regio Hall of the Mercantile Circle is a large multipurpose space that Celta has wanted preserved with a capacity of approximately 300 people.

Floor 2. On top of the royal room there is a residence for the quarry with capacity for 40 people in its 20 bedrooms. Further, there is a kitchen, a laundry room and an area for leisure and entertainment.

Floor 3. It houses the health care centre of RC Celta de Vigo with almost 300 sqm of specialised sport services. Medical services offered by experts are not exclusive for elite athletes. Among its facilities, it also incorporates a gym that will be used for rehabilitation.

Floors 4 and 5. Offices and operation centre of the club. New facilities arranged into two floors to accommodate all employees. They are exclusively for them and are closed to the public. On the 4th floor, on the healthcare roof one of the most emblematic and colourful elements of the building starts: its dome, an impressive structure that assembles 154 triangular glass elements. The glass provides natural light the upper floors producing two luminous floors where several offices and multi-purpose rooms are available. The first floor covers almost 250 sqm; and the second floor, somewhat smaller due to the inclination of the dome, covers approximately 200 sqm.

Floor 6. To crown the building a large restaurant of 130 sqm and capacity for 45 guests and directed by the prestigious chef Alberto González Prelcic, from Silabario, is located.

Further, the building includes a small terrace providing unique views of the city.

The new Headquarters has taken great care of accessibility issues. The main entrance leads to the headquarters, the residence and the healthcare centre; there is another access for the restaurant, from Príncipe St.; and there are three entrances to the store. The "gastrobar" can also be accessed from a side entrance at Velázquez Moreno St. Inside the building there is a staircase for general use, another stair for service and three lifts.
