SANJOSE will build Phase III of the Los Enebros Residential Complex in Costa Ballena, Chipiona, Cádiz

Acciona Inmobiliaria has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of Phase III of the Los Enebros residential development in Costa Ballena, which includes 54 housing units, 88 parking spaces, 54 storage rooms, and exclusive communal areas. This phase will also feature pathways, landscaped areas, and tree-lined zones, making it a fully self-contained and functional stage of the complex.

With this contract, SANJOSE will have completed the entire Los Enebros residential complex, comprising a total of 161 homes and nearly 30,000 square meters of built surface.
