Healthcare Activos Inmobiliarios 5 SL has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the remodelling of an existing building (basement and 5 top level floors) for its new use as a residence for the elderly in Cendanyola del Vallès, Barcelona.

After the works, the new residence will have 40 rooms and 76 beds.
