EBA will build the Residencial Plaza Gipuzkoa 2 in San Sebastián

Fornjot Activos Inmobiliarios, S.L. (Culmia) has awarded EBA the construction of a new residential complex at 2, Plaza Gipuzkoa in San Sebastián, consisting of 15 housing units, 2 commercial premises, 18 parking spaces and storage rooms.

The project requires the demolition and cleaning of a large part of the original building, the integral refurbishment and enhancement according to the established requirements and as far as possible of the elements of the original building (especially the facades under a protection according to the PEPPUC regime) and to build two additional basements to the existing one.

In terms of use, the underground floors will be devoted to parking spaces and storage rooms and facilities. On the ground floor, the pedestrian and vehicle access will be located inside the building, along with two commercial premises. The floors above ground will house homes, almost all including a terrace and balcony, and arranged into a rate of 3 housing units per floor.
