EBA will build the four-star Zenit Hotel in Donostia - San Sebastián

Hotel Zenit Palacio Amara SL has awarded EBA the construction works of a new 4-star hotel of 81 rooms in the old convent of the Servants of Mary of Donostia - San Sebastián.

The new hotel will have a built surface of more than 4,500 square meters distributed over 9 floors, including a semi-basement floor where the restaurant will be located, among other services, and a covered floor will house a terrace with solarium and jacuzzi for clients' use and enjoyment.

As a singularity of the project, existing areas shall be refurbished and maintained, such as both, the existing façade and a chapel located inside that will be used as reception.
